Hello my lovelies!
It’s Monday and we all know how hard it is to get motivated for the week after a nice, relaxing weekend.
Here are some pearls (thoughts, quotes, and tips) to get you ready for the week ahead.
~ “Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is alway to try just one more time.” -Thomas Edison.
~ Set yourself up for success. Make a “To-Do” or “Goal” list first thing Monday morning. The simple act of writing down your tasks and intentions will increase your chance of accomplishing them.
~ De-clutter and organize your work/study space. The more physically organized your work area is the easier it will be to organize your thoughts and focus on the important things you need to get completed.
~ “By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” -Benjamin Franklin.
~If you feels yourself getting a case of the Mondays, take a moment to reclaim your day. Often times other people and situations take away our own control over our emotions. Acknowledge the negative feeling, allow yourself to feel it, and then let it go. Imagine putting it in a bubble and watching it fly away. Take a deep breath and just remember: you got this!
What keeps you motivated for the coming week? Let me know in the comments below.
